  1. Preheat oven to 300*
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine Olivio Chocolate Spread, cinnamon, fennel, garlic, onion and oregano.
  3. Pat the rack of ribs dry with a paper towel and generously season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place Ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Smother with the Olivio Chocolate Spread mixture.  Cover tightly with foil and bake 2 ½ hours or until fork tender and falling off the bone.
