Layers of chocolate flavor make these cookies TASTE like a sinful indulgence. Extra brown sugar gives these cookies a light crunch on the outside, and a delightful chewy inside. Pour the milk and get ready to dunk!


  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitter with a paddle attachment, whip Olivio Chocolate Spread with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Continue to mix and add one large egg.
  4. Add coco powder (optional) baking soda, salt and flour and mix on medium low speed for 20 seconds.
  5. Remove bowl and fold in chocolate chunks.
  6. Place drops of dough (about 2 Tbs) onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and allow to cool on a rack.

Tip: Sprinkle raw cookie dough balls with sea salt before baking for an added salty nuance that pairs beautifully with the chocolate!
