Hurray! Summer is here and we love pulling out simple and iconic treats for casual family gatherings.  One of our personal favorites? Ice cream sandwiches! They are fun and easy to personalize.  Whatever cookie you choose, be sure bake them with Olivio for an extra special treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Olivio Sugar Cookie Recipe
  • 1 Pint of your favorite ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 3 Tbs Sprinkles, seasonal colors
  • 3 Tbs Chocolate Sauce

 

Preparation

  1. Place 1/4 cup of ice cream between two cookies and gently press together.
  2. Roll the edge of the ice cream through sprinkles and drizzle with chocolate.
  3. Place onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper and set in the freezer for another 20 minutes before serving.
