Vegan Pasta Salad – delicious, buttery flavor from Olivio Vegan Buttery Spread (vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and non-GMO, too!), beautiful summer vegetables that give the pasta crunch, color, and extra nutritional benefits, all from a quick, easy recipe that can be thrown together half hour before you walk out the door! This is the dish to get creative with – have a lonely half of an onion in your vegetable drawer? Not sure what to do with that leftover quarter-bag of arugula? The more veggies, the more colorful and healthful. The more you use up, the less waste you have in your refrigerator. Everyone wins!


  1. Have a big bowl ready to combine all ingredients!
  2. Cook the pasta, as directed on package.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, chop your veggies and herbs – add to the big bowl.
  4. When pasta is done, rinse with cold water (this helps rinse the starch and prevent it from sticking together) – add to the big bowl with vegetables.
  5. Combine the melted Olivio Vegan Buttery Spread and olive oil, whisk to incorporate, and add to the bowl.
  6. Toss all ingredients to combine with the buttery spread and olive oil – if the pasta salad seems dry, drizzle more olive oil and mix.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  8. Bring along to the cookout and be prepared for the Ultimate compliments!
