Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken meat with the sour cream, mayonnaise, diced celery, walnuts, tarragon, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a ½ cup of chicken salad on the sandwich bread and slicing the sandwich to your preference.
