  1. In a medium saucepan, over medium low heat, melt the Olivio.
  2. Whisk in the brown sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved.
  3. Remove from the heat and a stir in the honey, cream, water and salt.  Allow to cool 45 minutes.  Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  4. To make the sticky buns, pour 3 Tbs Goo in the bottom of a buttered muffin tin and sprinkle with toasted, chopped pecans.  Place the rolled brioche dough on top and bake according to bread instructions.
