Broiled asparagus spears wrapped in prosciutto make a finger licking treat to nibble on any time of day. When you crave a salty snack and want to keep on track with your veggie intake, twist these up in under 15 minutes. A little drizzle of gently melted Olivio Buttery Spread infused with lemon and rosemary send us running for seconds. Enjoy!

Preparation
- Preheat oven broiler and position rack approx 6″ from top.
- Place trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Gently toss spears until all sides are covered.
- One at a time, roll prosciutto around the asparagus. Start the prosciutto just beneath the flowering scales and twist down at a diagonal. Allow for a very small overlap.
- Position the prosciutto wrapped asparagus evenly across the baking sheet and allow space between each spear.
- Place under the broiler for 3 minutes. Pull from oven and use oven tongs to gently flip each spear. Continue to bake for 3 minutes or until fat has rendered and prosciutto begins to crisp.
- Meanwhile, in a small pan on low heat, gently melt the Olivio and add the lemon and rosemary. Allow the flavors to infuse off heat.
- For serving, drizzle the Olivio mixture across the top of the asparagus or serve in a small dipping bowl on the side.
