Just because we love to keep things simple in the kitchen on Father’s Day, doesn’t mean we don’t do a great job spoiling DAD! Grilled Lobster smothered in Olivio Buttery Spread whipped with pressed ginger and minced scallion delivers outstanding flavor without the saturated fat and cholesterol.  We love our Dad and we want him to enjoy his special meal and help him make healthy eating decisions too.  Happy Father’s Day!

Preparation

  1. Preheat your grill to medium high heat or heat a non stick fry pan inside over medium high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, generously coat lobster chunks in the shell with Olivio Buttery spray and place directly onto the hot surface and grill or sauté for 6-8 minutes or until meat in firm and no longer translucent.
  3. While the lobster cooks, in a small bowl combine Olivio Buttery Spread with the ginger and scallion.
  4. Once the lobster has cooked through, turn off the heat and add the Olivio Buttery mixture and toss with a large spoon a couple of times as the butter melts and the delicious flavor soaks into every nook and cranny of the lobster chunks.
  5. Grab an extra set of napkins and serve warm with a small fork for picking.  Bonus points, if the sun is out and you can eat al fresco.  Enjoy your special day, Dads!
