With kids, I always have frozen fries ready to go in the freezer.  By adding a blitz of Olivio Buttery Spray or Spread to the tray while baking, the fries always have great flavor and texture.  I favor crinkle cut as it really hangs on to the toppings.  Of course, feel free to make your own french fries from scratch. Yukon Gold work well!

Preparation

  1. Toss fries in Olivio and pour out onto a baking sheet.  Bake fries according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare the toppings.
  3. When fries have finished baking, toss in cheese blend to coat all sides.
  4. Arrange onto a platter and top with your favorite nacho toppings; tomato, beans, jalapeno, avocado, sour cream, cilantro and lime.
  5. Serve warm, family style!
