- Generously spray the diced chicken with Olivio Buttery Spray and place in a large sealable bag.
- In a small bowl, prepare the marinade by whisking together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice, jalepeno, and extra virgin olive oil. Add the marinade to the bag with the chicken and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
- When you are ready to grill, soak your bamboo skewers for 5 minutes in cold water to help eliminate charring on the grill. Preheat your grill surface to 450*F.
- Skewer your chicken chunks on the bamboo and grill 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the largest piece of chicken reads 165*F. Allow meat to rest 10 minutes before serving. This is delicious served with an aromatic basmati rice steamed with lime zest. Enjoy!
