My favorite breakfast is fresh, fast and healthy. That’s one reason why I love oatmeal. We love topping this delicious and heart healthy breakfast grain with seasonal ingredients. My Baked Oatmeal is loaded with even more protein than the traditional stove top version thanks to skim milk and wholesome eggs. The berries and maple syrup gives this a little sweetness for the kid in us and the nuts add a great crunch. Olivio Buttery Spread adds a delicious buttery richness with the healthiness of olive oil.
